George Lam will be Charlene Choi's father ???

Actor George Lam will be Charlene Choi's father in a new film

Hong Kong actor George Lam will perform as Charlene Choi's father in the upcoming film, "Sui Yue Qing."

George Lam's beard resembles that of Charlene Choi's actual father, which has led some people to jokingly ask whether Charlene Choi will mistake Lam as her father while shooting, ent.163.com reports.

Though Lam only plays a supporting role in the movie, Charlene Choi is still thrilled at the opportunity to work with her idol, whose songs and personality she admires.

Alan Luo will star alongside Charlene Choi as the lead actor in the film.

Charlene Choi Helps Kids 'Make A Wish'

Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍) has been busy filming back to back movies recently, but she has still taken time out to keep up her charity engagements. Today, she joined the celebrations for the tenth anniversary of the Make A Wish Foundation in Hong Kong.

As special ambassador for the charity that helps disabled children, Charlene Choi has also recorded a special theme song to mark the occasion. She revealed that the single will go on sale in mid-August and all proceeds will go towards making the children's dreams come true.

During the event, Charlene Choi met some of the children who are currently receiving treatment for or have recovered from their conditions. They were all very excited to see the star and chatted away with her like they were old friends who had just been reunited. The children were very appreciative, especially one little girl who shared her birthday cake with Charlene Choi. She said that this was her most memorable birthday, especially as Charlene Choi took time out to visit despite her busy schedule.

Charlene Choi had also taken time out earlier to film a music video for the "Make A Wish" song. She said that the seven disabled and sick children who had joined her on the shoot were all extremely brave and strong. She expressed her admiration for them and said that everyone had something to learn from these kids.
